Automated Professional Front Office

When callers dial your TollFreeMailBoxes® toll free number, your virtual attendant automatically answers the call and plays a main greeting which you record to your liking. Your automated attendant can handle a virtually unlimited number of inbound calls, will answer each call in the same professional manner and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In your main greeting, you'll want to instruct callers to choose an extension or dial 8 for the dial-by-name directory. Once they select an extension, they are taken through a call flow that has been designated for that specific extension / mailbox.

Multiple extensions allow to you create departments, provide automated information and/or create individual employee voice mailboxes.


For example, a caller dials 1 for sales. They are then placed on-hold with music, while the Sales mailbox calls your cell phone to transfer the caller to you. The call is announced to you and if you choose to accept the call, dial 1 and begin speaking. If you do not answer your cell phone or choose not to answer the call, the caller is sent into the Sales mailbox voice mail. When a message has been left, the Sales mailbox can notify you of the message instantly by calling you, emailing you the message in audio format, and/or paging you.

Multiple Mailboxes / Extensions

Each TollFreeMailBoxes® virtual pbx phone system comes with multiple mailboxes, each with it's own extension, that you can designate for different departments, employees and/or to provide information about your company, products and/or services. You'll never have to worry about outgrowing your system because you can easily add additional mailboxes at anytime, each with its own unique call flow, voicemail, and notification options.

You can have any combination of department, employee or informational extensions, meaning each TollFreeMailBoxes® virtual pbx phone system can be customized for your exact business needs. For example, assign extensions 1, 2, and 3 for sales, support, and billing and extensions 84 through 89 for employee extensions. Department extensions can all be handled by you or by different employees nationwide or in your office. With our optional dial-by-name directory, you can project a larger image by allowing callers to dial 8 from the main menu and be able to automatically find employee extensions by simply using their phone's keypad.
